Terms of Use
By downloading or using Bullseye you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all apps distributed through the App Store. Where the two differ, Apple's agreement takes precedence.
The service
Bullseye lets you pause selected apps, categories and websites on your own device using Apple's Screen Time framework. The app applies the restrictions you configure; it does not monitor your usage. Screen Time behaviour is controlled by iOS and may change with iOS updates.
Bullseye Pro subscription
- Bullseye Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available as an annual or monthly plan. Prices are shown in the app for your region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial if one is offered.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Acceptable use
Use Bullseye only on devices you own or are authorised to manage, and only in accordance with applicable law. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app.
No warranty
Bullseye is provided as is. We do not guarantee that restrictions can never be bypassed, that the app will meet a particular goal, or that it will be available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaysoft LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
